Re: [ST] speaking of turn signal lenses...

Bil

I have non-Triumph clear lenses on my RS and am concerned that they do
not show up nearly as clearly as the factory ones. I fitted them after
a friend's wife parked her car on my bike in his drive and broke one.
The aftermarket ones were less wonga for 4 than the Triumph ones were
for one.

My car has clear rear flasher lenses as standard and a police Class 1
driver who is a friend (!), followed me one day and said he had
difficulty reading them when the sun was on them.

My summary: Fashion over practicality/safety - your choice.

Speaking of, does anyone know if there is a clear lense for the the
rear
signals? I'm thinking that would sure look sharp with an orange bulb
in 'em,
like the fronts.
