I was suprised with the ammount of hand held cell phone use whilst
driving in the US. While we have laws against it which aren't
enforced, it will only be when insurances stop paying out because of
hand held cell phone use will we see habits change.
Have the germans banned smoking yet while driving? Its on the way, and
when one does it others seem to follow.

Then again, here in
