I gotta say no, it didn't get all the things I wanted to see so I traded the
'99 on a new/leftover '03 late last fall and so far I'm lovin' it!  Everything
seems to be a little more precise, the front end is lots stiffer and I think I
may be able to dial it into my liking.  

I should be doing the run-in oil change/service after this weekend then the
real test starts!
