RE: [ST] Lane Splitting II

It's legal where I live in Australia if the cars are stationery.  And it's
surprising how many cars will make the effort to give you the space to slip
through.

The only wrinkle though is that lanes are being narrowed to provide for a
bicycle lane along the kerb.  Can't see why the law couldn't be changed to
allow all two-wheelers to share that one :-}
