In MA? You crazy, man! I spent a year (very unhappy years) commuting from NH to the 128 region, always in a cage, and was hit twice (while sitting still) and cut off (and flipped off) a few trillion times. Nasty, mean, angry drivers there. I never had the guts to ride my bike during rush hour to MA.
I'm in awe of your survival skills.

It works all over the UK. I lane split but only if the cars are
stopped or moving slowly (ie they do not have room to change lanes).
