RE: [ST] Chain Life

I get 15 -17K miles to a good DID chain, but I wear them out good before
I throw them away. Scots, you know.

With the Pro_Oiler I just put on, the expectation of 50 to 60K is before
me.

How many miles, ball park, should you expect out of the stock chain on
an ST?

I've got maybe 12K on this one and I think it's at the service limit
according to the manual. My RS hasn't cracked 1K and it measures about
the same. Is there some kind of trick to that 10-20KG, 20 link, 321mm
thing? I don't see much stretch at all, just up and down movement when
the weight pulls down on the chain. Thanks, Rod
