RE: [ST] Chain Life



I went with a 17/43.  After riding it like that for 4000 miles I'm beginning to think a 17T front is too much.  Next go around I'm gonna try a 18/43 or 18/46 combination.

I'm not sure what to do about the gearing, I've been fairly content with the 
stock ratios.  I know a lot of people have dropped down one tooth on the 
front, and kept the 43 T on the rear.  Any suggestions would be greatly 
appreciated.
