Strange. My stock 99 ST is perfectly happy on 89

My 99 ST is very sensitive about which kind of gas it's being fed.
Anything lower than Premium and it surges pretty badly. It takes several
tank of the best stuff to disappear if I use 89 (which I sometimes have
to do when lost on back roads...). Adding a little bit of injector
cleaner from time to time helps as well. FIY, I have the Carbon Fiber
can.

low end that began about a year ago, but not too disturbing. It recently
got worse (with the stock can) and when I switched over to the Two
Brothers can it was real bad.
