Wow, assuming you py a lot for maintenance,
For your 72 miles
(bike) 1.44 gal * 2.40 = 3.46 (car) 2.67 gal * 2.20 = 5.86
My wifes GTI gets about 30k miles (tops) out of a set of P6000's, at
$500 for 30k = 1.7 c/mile or $1.22/day
$400 for 8k 5c/mile or $3.6/day
And $400 every 12k (RS) for valves, or 3.3c/mile or $2.4 day.
3.46 + 3.6 + 2.4 = 9.46
5.86 + 1.22 = 7.00
Wow, you need to get a faster bike (FJR :- ) ) and start dong your own
maintenance on the bike.
Going cheap on the tires, I'm closer to about $260/set of tires, of the
bike, and the FJR needs the valves checked every 28k miles.

Yeah, when I had a TT roadster I tried not to think of it that way, I
lost about $1 per mile.
cheers,
