Re: [ST] New member + question...of course :-)

(I'm sending this both to the ST list and the original sender, FYI)

Franck,
Do you realize that this e-mail list you just spammed is for the
Triumph Sprint ST? I checked out your site, and I see NO parts for the
Sprint. While some people on the list may own other Triumphs, including
the ones you listed, I don't think its the best idea to SPAM a list that
has very little to do with your product...

Just FYI. If you have information to add to the list, by all means
stick around and join in the discussions. If you're just looking for
advertising, take it elsewhere.

Objet : [ST] New member + question...of course :-)

Hello all,
Recently acquired a 2000 Sprint ST...love it!! Of course it's the
fastest color...JET black :-)) I got so hooked on the bike that I
just
sold my Multistrada to buy the '05 tiple aka WRAITH. It seems I can't
get enough of the triple engine. Torque of the line and still a high
end hit - perfect. But then you guys already knew that.
Just to give you some backgroung - I've had Guzzi's, BMW's (air and
oilheads) and Honda's ('02 VFR). The Sprint is by far the most
balanced in terms of power and handling in what I look for in a bike.
Had I to chose between the 'new' VFR and the Sprint, I would have
easily chosen the Triumph, hands down.
Now my question - are the riders footpegbrackets on the RS exactly the
same as the ST, or are they slightly more aggressive, i.e. more
rearward and higher up?
Cheers,
Filippo
