Like what Jonathan said, use a ratchet like so:

Changing bulbs is also very easy, at least if you have seen
how the little hinged clip works. But essentially unplug the
bulbs, pull back the rubber cover (there is a lip on it you
can tug on), then unclip the hinged clip (I'll take a pic
in the future) and remove the bulb. Don't touch the bulb
itself and when putting back the rubber make sure you have
the part with the hole(s) facing to the bottom so that any
water can run out. It's pretty simple, but it helps if you
have seen it once since you gotta do it a bit in the blind.
