I say:

In Triumph's case, it IS a differentiator.  I've had 2 specific occasions
when Triumph came thru.  And in both cases, I couldn't imagine, in my
wildest dreams, any of the Big 4 doing the same thing.

It's why I'm wiling to pay more to my dealer and for my bike.
