Re: [ST] Short Way Home



It's an entertaining trip although I do think they could have had more
coverage of the final legs of the trip.

The book is a good read and gives a better insight into their state of mind
than you get from the film coverage.

I met Charlie Boorman last year when he visited my stand at the Dublin Bike
Show.
He wasn't the least bit perturbed when I told him I was a big fan of his
fathers work but knew nothing of his until he did Long Way Round. A very
nice, ordinary guy. :O)
