Nah.  It's never too cold ;-)  It's the snow and ice that'd kill ya though.  They need to sell spiked tires for motorcycles.

I grew up in the NE and I rode in cold.  My limit was 30 degrees.  Any colder and I just rode around the block a few time just to run the engine.
