[ST] ST website history- assist

Hey there fellow old time Digesters:
	We are trying to put a history of this here establishment (ST and later ST/RS mailing 
list/Digest) for the new site.
	I am Charter Member 22. Can any of you fill in details of how Eric was motivated in 
starting the TriumphNet site. If you send your stories and recollections to me, I will 
stitch them together into what hopefully is basic history of the site. Others can add 
whatever we miss.
