Re: [ST] Anyone in New England?



I'd heard a rumor some years back that the insurance lobby in Ohio
had influence toward a repeal of a helmet law.  The reason claimed
was that it's usually cheaper because people die w/o helmets and the
financial calculations worked out to favor the insurance industry w/o
helmet laws.  

Can anyone comment on this?
