just because i live amongst a nation of cross dressers doesnt mean i

Pedantically, im welsh by nationality and do have a welsh kilt. The
kilt in its origional form was a celtic dress not exclusive to
scotland and the tartan version was developed as a fashion item by the
Victorians.

nowadays you see people in camaflague ones, different plain colours
and leather ones. Hiring the kilt now comes with a health warning and
a request to wear pants. To many cases of vd have occurred. id go on
but im boring myself let alone evryone else......
