I think your estimate is very conservative but here is the interesting part 
using your example.
Working 10 hr. days, 6 days a week less stat holidays will produce approx. 
3,060 "shop" hours per year.
Your yearly expenses = $ 148,800.
This means every "shop" hour must produce $48.63 just to pay the bills 
without inventory, advertising etc before you  take a dime!
You and the beancounter are not "billable" people so it's up to your 
mechanic and your parts guy to get that money.
We, on the other hand expect you the dealer to have any part we  need, 
service hours available immediately for our rides and an example of every 
current model on the floor.
Ahhhhhhhhhhh................no thanks, not for me! God bless those choose to 
perform this labor of love.
