Ahhh, wrong again STeve,

Humans breathe in Oxygen (O2) and exhale Carbon Dioxide (CO2)

Plants absorb CO2 and give off O2 through their leaves as a result of
photosynthesis.

That's the perfect system that I think you were alluding to.

Both consume H2O.

A fuel cell consumes Hydrogen and produces H2O as the by-product.
