I use the universal front end stand, as came with a universal set (front and
rear stands) from Handy Industries, the same folks that make the popular
lifting table. They generally run a show special this time of year that nets
you both universals for $100.
The front stand has two "tips" that go into the holes at the bottom of your
fork tubes (removed those plastic caps from underneath 'em first!). I do wish
it were just a tad taller, but it works very well with most bikes esp. at that
price.
