Two folks on this list (myself and Brian D.) had their STs totaled by
frame sliders that broke the engine mounts when absorbing the impact
with the pavement from low-speed (< 30 MPH) accidents. My sliders were
made by SkyKing; Brian's by Moku. Lots of other folks have crashed on
slider-equipped bikes without such results, but you should be aware
