The best way is to measure and set the sag in the 25 - 33mm range. It =
took
a while to sort it out, but when my ~150# daughter was regularly riding
pillion, I'd crank the preload up 5 full turns to compensate for her =
weight.
That works out to one full turn for each 30# of weight added to the =
bike. =20
