Remove cable, tear a small hole in the bottom corner of a zip lock bag.
Insert cable and tape hole shut by wrapping around cable. Fill zip lock
bag with some of your choice of oil/lube and let gravity take over.
Hell, yeah I'm cheap, but it works.
