John,
Yep they changed to 19 after the first year. I went with 18/45 and am
very happy that I made the change.

45/18 is 2.5
43/17 is 2.53

So there is not a huge difference. Given the choice I would prefer to
bend the chain around an 18 compared to a 17 but not a big deal.
