Jeremy,

Not sure how much help this is going to be for you, unless you live in So
Cal.  When I installed a set of Heli's multi-adjustable bars,  I found that
I needed my clutch cable to be a little longer.  I went to a place in
Pasadena, called Flanders.  The cost was $25-30 per cable.

Also, they didn't have the angled tube, so I had to locate a couple of old
clutch cables and use them as "organ donors".  The cable were mailed to me
in about 3 days.
