I believe the owners manuals specifically state that the RS & ST are unsuitable for side cars or towing. I must say I've never seen one.
 
A popular conversion seems to be the Yamaha FJ1200. I have seen quite a few of these and their owners rave about them.

Anyone know if we can attach a side car to an RS?  If not, any recommendations 
on a a several year old model (any mfr) that I can buy and attach a side car?

With gas prices launching like the space shuttle, I am looking for an economical 
way of carting my kids around.  An m/c with a side car seems the best choice, 
plus they'd love it too.
