[ST] Define Small

Barber is 2.3 miles long and Laguna is 2.238 miles.  So in length they're close, but Barber is longer by 0.062 miles.  Wouldn't the type of racing be similar?

Mazda has the corkscrew and Barber has the Alabama Coster.
