Mine is also a 00, but I am working on an 01 engine, which is the same. They are a rip off, which is why I went to order them from www.Greatbaymotorcycles.com, but they said the sizes I am looking for are smaller than what's available. But the weird part is a couple of the shims already installed are the same sizing! Any other sources you can recommend?

What year is the motor? I paid $6.00 ea for my shims for a 2000 ST.
$18.50 each sounds like a rip.

The only problem is when I called great bay, they said the sizes are too small for what is offered. I need 4 shims, from 2.41mm to 2.79mm. They are saying the shim sizes are starting at 3.45mm. Anyone else had this problem? I triple checked my sizes with 3 different micrometers, and double checked my math on the conversions (as I don't have any metric micrometers, nor do my fellow technicians) and checked against my metric feeler guage stacked to equal the sizes. Any ideas?
