Re: [ST] PMR 446



I tried...  Its very difficult to read the scan though...

Seems to say:  "Driving while using helmet ........" can't make out the
rest.  Do you have a better scan?  Or possibly a typed version of it? 
If I could read the cop's writing I could translate it for you.

Not had any replies to this - any Spanish speakers mind having a go
