Take the bike down a long, strait, cop free road and just hold the throttle wide open.. But more realistically, take the side cover off, have a large heater hose (3/4") close, pop the clamp where the fitting is, and with pleanty of rags around, quickly slip the fitting out, and the hose over the hose from the tank. Thats what I did last time. I actually used pool hose, as I didn't have heater hose around, but 3/4" should be big enough..
