GOOD ON YA LES!
Most enjoyable bike I ever owned (35 to date)
'61 iron head Sporty. KHK flywheels for 61 cubes, Sifton cams, XLR valves,
12 /1 CR ,dual Linkert carbs, H-D straights and every possible XLR aluminum
weight-saving bit to be had.
Pre electric start, pre points ignition, pre battery.
Up 1 tooth on the G/B sprocket and cruise at 100 MPH, down 1 tooth and run
sub 12 sec 1/4 mile with 4"slick tire.
Then there's the stroker Sporty engine we put in a Norton frame but that's
another story.

I just want to say that if you've never ridden an H-D Sportster, you're
missing one of life's great pleasures.
