[ST] RS in stop & go traffic

It's not a new development, but I've never been very
happy with the performance of my '00 RS at low speeds
with a hot engine.  It's better with the latest tune
(stock pipe, tune downloaded by the dealer a couple of
weeks ago) than it has been, but still not great.

In particular, the engine is prone to occasional
stalling.  I have to constantly watch it to keep it
going.  With the latest tune, the idle remains at
around 2k RPM when it's in 1st gear (drops to about 1k
when in neutral), which helps matters, but it still
sometimes drops down and stalls.

Is this a common issue with the older FI?  If so, I
can live with it...I don't spend much time in slow
traffic...but if not, maybe I should address it.
