[ST] Steering



Just got back from Daytona.  I'll throw my two cents in on the "body
English" versus counter steering issue.

A few years back one of the riding schools (sorry, can't remember who)
welded some handle-bars to the frame. Several riders then tried to ride
a race course without using the normal (fork) bars.  Result: Crash.
100% of the time, period.  You can't steer a bike without counter
steering.  

End of story.  More later after I get my mind in order.  Yeah, sure,
like that's going to happen.

The slower the speed the more effective body steering or weighting
becomes.  Ask any trials rider...

But out on the loop, they are still using countersteering.
