[ST] Idle speed

Hi

I am sure this will be an easy one to answer.  Is there any way for 
muppets to adjust the idle speed on my ST'03?  It has recently decided 
to idle at about 1500 rpm (up from about 900 previously).  I suspect 
that it is related to a recent service at Jack Lilley, but they are a 
way away and I don't see point in trekking over to get them to look at 
it if I can do it myself.  But how...?
