True enough.  

In somewhat less spectacular circumstances, it's all about counter leaning
and dragging the rear brake while maintaining a bit of throttle opening.
Find an empty parking lot and practice, preferably somewhere outside of
Beaverton.  You'll be amazed how tight you can turn once you get the hang of
it.

Now if it were an airhead BMW. . . ;O)
