No one's looking for an explanation.  What specific situation can you 
envision that would allow you to be so callous?

"emotional trauma for the friend of the rider?  The kid died. His dad was on 
"Today" this morning. The cop's getting a two week suspension, not 
"something to end his career"


The full story is pretty clear, based on the tapes of the call.  The 
circumstances surrounding the accident have nothing to do with the basic 
fact, which only is that the cop was completely lacking in a professional 
demeanor.  I appreciate your taking the time to express your point.  Make 
sure you put your panties in the wash when you take them off.
