[ST] Torque question

Yes, a bike related question.

The Blue Devil is getting a new chain and sprockets this weekend. An 
while I'm in there I'll replace the chain rub strip. Does anyone have 
the torques for:
a) The big nut on the drive sprocket
b) The nuts on the wheel sprocket.

Also, is there anything that I should be on the lookout for or any 
secret tricks to the process on a Sprint ST?
