The shims on pre 2002 Sprints are over bucket so you don't need to =
remove the camshafts. On 2002 and later, they are shim under bucket =
which requires removing the camshafts. I don't know what the Daytona =
uses. I just let my dealer do it. Cost me about $250 for the valve =
adjust, throttle sync and steering head bearing lube/adjust on my 2002 =
RS (more labor than pre-2002 models).

How do you remove shims and put new ones ? Do you have the Triumph =
tool ? an home made one ? or do you remove camshafts ?
