My Triumph Service Manual (1999-2000) shows 146Nm for the hub
nut. I notice Don found one at 132Nm,... maybe from a newer book?

Dear Mr. Drapper,
I respectfully submit that the rear wheel hub nut, which is on the right
side of the cycle in question is torqued to a specification of 146 Nm, the nut
in question, however, is transmission output shaft nut, seeing that Mr.
Lawler stated that he was replacing his chain and sprokets, and said nut in both
1999-2001 & 2002-2004 Triumph repair manuals has a specified torque of 132
Nm/97.4 Ft. Lb. Please have a pleasant day today and all days.

PS Please understand that I am only trying to show some respect to
one of my peers. As I have discovered that although many of us on this list are
not that young anymore (I'm 54), anybody who's as old as you and still goes
like hell.........gets my respect!!!
