[ST] bad ground wire

Andy,

FWIW I was wearing my riders of the lost empire t-shirt, you don't
think that jinxed me do you? :)

Could the bad ground wire have caused the previous two electrical
failures?  In both cases relays were blown and had to be replaced.  I
just have this nightmare of component after component failing.
