Interesting, based on the fact that BMW's have the Telelever frontends, they 
are a different animal when turning and braking at the same time. Braking 
while turning is one of the major advantages of the Telelever design.
The incident sounds like one of the seldom but heard of brake malfunctins 
that have happened, rather than a common occurance.
