Good news. SB 1021 has been approved for a 28.8 in Senate
Appropriations, which means it will not be heard on Monday (because the
bill has minimal or no cost to the state), and will go straight to the
Senate Floor. The bill might even be heard on the Floor next Thursday
(May 19).
