follow up.

After some look up on the web, I found out that the needle bearing is a 
special model that
uses minimum space. I think KOYO is the only maker.
And there is really no inside cage.
So either, the axle steel is harder than the needles and I have only to 
change the bearing or
there is multiple inside dimension for the bearing to allow the axle to 
be corrected (machined)
or the axle needs to be replaced too. In the best to worst order :-(
