[ST] Pilot Roads for Nancy

Nancy,

Cool. I run Pilot Roads too. I've got almost 6000mi on them and still have good tread. My rear however suffered a flat two weeks ago, so the milage clock is reset for the rear. I don't know the total I'll get out of them yet.

I'm not happy with the front though. Seems like it's cupping again. I say again, because the OEM tire (Bridgestone) cupped badly. I changed to the Macadem 100X's and they did great. Front hardly cupped. It was so little it's not noticable. Then Michelin DISCONTINUED THEM! ARgggg! Why fix it when it ain't broke?

Anyway, supposedly, the Pilot Roads are "better". IMO the front is not.

I'll probably stick with the Roads in the rear and try to find a 100X front. That is until they "improve" the Roads and the 100X's are no where to be found.

Let me know how the hubby does with his set of Roads, and if he sees the cupping in the front like I do.

Rich

Thanks for the help guys. We're going on a 1000 mile ride this weekend, so
Paul decided to get some Pilot roads put on his bike before we leave for the
longer trip.

I've got got 5,000 miles of twisties picked out already.
