This is what the pair of H4 visionplus bulbs of Philips look like:

The mentioned Osram en the visionplus are both really good, with the Philips
having only a small edge
on the Osram. Shouldn't be too hard to find, the cool thing is that this
Philips bulb is actually cheaper
than the trendy blue ones which have a lot worse performance. The H4's are
plug and play...
