Sorry. I didn't get it ;-)

However, that rule pretty much stands on the track.  It doesn't matter what's behind you, it the guy behind you responsibility to be mindful.  It doesn't become your responsibility until you begin to see his front wheel coming up along side.  Then you must yield right of passage.
