[ST] Idle speed

When my 00 Sprint ST engine is not under load (i.e. transmission in neutral)
it idles at 1500 RPM, which seems a bit fast to me. When I disengage the
clutch and shift into first, the idle drops to 1050 RPM. Do they all do
this? I don't know if it is something I have just noticed or if I have a
problem that needs to be looked at.
