I would tend to agree with you David. I sat on a Rocket III at my dealer last week. Man that tank is HUGE! 
 
Has anyone had a decent ride on one yet?

My much better half keeps on telling me that I should look towards a Harley in our future as we "age disgracefully". Although I can see that at some time in my life a cruiser may be appealing I can't see it being a Harley for all the reasons Marc mentioned (various shortcomings and the 'bored lawyer' syndrome). However, a Rocket3 could be a much more interesting proposition. Has a character all of it's own. Hmmmmmmm
