Re: [ST] Givi mount Was: Fuel Economy

That's where I ordered mine from. Heading out to West Virginia for some riding now....

Same here - I didn't want a huge box hanging out there, just enough to get a
helmet in so I can lock it away when I stop. Where did you get your setup -
I have found Twisted Throttle to be the best (read cheapest) - and as they
are in RI, I think I can go pick it up and save on the shipping.

Cheers.

E30 Monolock case. I didn't want "the mother ship" landing on the back of
my bike. Plus, with this size, it can fit a full-face helmet still, and yet
I can ride around with just the top case (without side panniers) and not
have the top-box looking huge and weird, and overhanging the width of the
bike.

Matt - what box is that - the 33 perhaps ? I am definitely thinking of
adding one of these - I don't want anything too big, just something big
enough to put a full-face helmet in.

Brian - the Givi plate in the pictures is the one that comes with the box;
not any additional purchase or part. Mounts right to the Triumph luggage
rack.

I'd love to see pics. If you don't have time to post them, email direct
to me is fine.

What hardware did you use? Just the Givi E250 universal plate on your
Triumph rack? Or did you manage to find the Triumph to Givi base plate?

via email directly instead of the list. Let me know. The whole thing works
great, and looks great. Really easy too.
