I HIGHLY recommend the Triumph service manual. It really does a good job showing you with pictures, and walking you through the process explained. The sections are well broken down, and a lot of things are labelled as they are in the service chart (which is also included). For example, changing the air filter.... ;-)

maintenance on an ST? I'm a bit of a do-it-yourselfer and would like to
learn a little more about the inner workings of my bike. Can anybody send
